We have two options for investment on our platform:

Option 1. Fixed Return Investment

Alternatively, you can invest a sum of money and get a fixed return. This option offers you the flexibility of investing a smaller amount in short term projects of 6 months or longer term projects of 12-18 months where you receive a fixed return so you know exactly what to expect.

Investors have the opportunity to invest alongside like-minded investors to kick-start their property journey or to simply achieve a much higher fixed return than the banks or stock markets are offering!

Investment Strategy

We develop and invest in high yielding income generating property investments that provide consistent returns in the form of rental income from the property or fixed interest paid on an investment.

In our view, investing into bricks and mortar that pay you an income every month regardless of the economic climate – the buy to let model actually becomes stronger if there is a recession for example as more people rent – is the safest and most secure way to invest your money. We provide our partners with a clear exit strategy and we’re dedicated to ensuring that our client’s investment and financial goals are met.

Option 2. Joint Venture

You can invest directly with us via a joint venture, where we would partner together on a project and we would provide you with a full turn-key solution including sourcing good value property, project managing the renovation to convert to a multi-let of a high standard, securing finance via our speciality lenders to maximise leverage as well as tenant find and full management of the property upon completion.
